PENENTUAN HARGA AIR BERSIH UNTUK PENGEMBANGAN JARINGAN DISTRIBUSI AIR BERSIH DI KECAMATAN WONOASRI KABUPATEN MADIUN

Abstract


Air merupakan salah satu kebutuhan utama bagi manusia. Pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih yang sehat bagi penduduk, mutlak diperlukan sepanjang sejarah hidup manusia. PDAM Unit Wonoasri merupakan salah satu unit yang dikelola oleh PDAM Tirta Dharma Purabaya Kabupaten Madiun. PDAM Unit Wonoasri melayani 7 desa yaitu Desa Sidomulyo, Jatirejo, Plumpungrejo, Wonoasri, Ngadirejo, Dimong, dan Sirapan. Pada kondisi eksisting tahun 2016 PDAM Unit Wonoasri melayani 1163 SR. Pada tahap pengembangan dilakukan penambahan pipa di Desa Tulungrejo, dengan panjang pipa distribusi air bersih 1,59 km. Dalam penelitian dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kondisi hidrolis eksisting berupa kontrol kecepatan (0,1 – 2,5 m/s), tekanan (0,5 – 8 atm), dan headloss gradient (0 – 15 m/km). Selain untuk mengetahui kinerja jaringan penyedia air bersih eksisting juga digunakan sebagai dasar pengembangan.  Simulasi jaringan distribusi air bersih dibantu oleh program WaterCAD. Dari analisa pengembangan dilakukan penambahan pompa baru, PRV, pergantian diameter, dan didapat bahwa sistem jaringan distribusi air bersih telah memenuhi standar. Nilai kecepatan maksimum adalah 0,75 m/s, nilai tekanan maksimum adalah 3,25 atm , dan nilai headloss gradient adalah sebesar 3,684 m/km. Dari hasil analisa ekonomi   diperoleh harga air sebesar Rp 2.877,65 didapat saat nilai B = C dan harga air Rp 3.200 didapat saat nilai B/C > 1,11.

 

Water is one of the main needs for humans. Compliance of healthy water needs for residents, absolutely necessary throughout the history of human life. Water is a primary need for humans. PDAM Unit Wonoasri is one of units of PDAM Tirta Dharma Purabaya Madiun Regency. PDAM Unit Wonoasri serves seven villages that are Sidomulyo village, Jatirejo, Plumpungrejo, Wonoasri, Ngadirejo, Dimong, and Sirapan. In 2016 the existing condition of PDAM Unit Wonoasri served 1163 SR. The development phase, additional pipeline network  was carried out in Tulungrejo village with 1,59 km of clean water distribution pipes. In this research, the evaluation was carried on the existing hydraulic condition in the form of velocity value control (0.1 – 2.5 m/s), pressure (0.5 – 8 atm), and Headloss gradient (0 – 15 m/km). In addition to knowing the performance of the clean water supply network, existing is also used as a basis for development. Simulation of network distribution of clean water carried out with the aid of WaterCAD  program. From the analysis of the development, need additional of new pumps, and pressure reducing valve, pipe diameter replacement, and found that the network distribution of clean water had met the standard.  The maximum speed value is 0,75 m/s, the maximum pressure is 3,25 atm, and the headloss gradient is 3,684 m/km . From the economic analysis the result of the calculation obtained water price is Rp 2.877,65 when B = C and the price of water is Rp 3.200 when B/C > 1,11.
