STUDI PENJADWALAN PELAKSANAAN PROYEK KONSTRUKSI EMBUNG MARE DI KABUPATEN BONE PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Pembangunan Embung Mare berfungsi sebagai pemenuhan air baku dan salah satu sarana penyediaan air minum di wilayah Kabupaten Bone. Untuk mendapatkan penjadwalan yang optimal dalam hal efisiensi waktu, biaya dan sumber daya, maka digunakan program Microsoft Project Manager 2016. Dengan kaitan studi ini yang dipengaruhi oleh waktu, kuantitas sumber daya tenaga serta alat berat, kebutuhan material, dan faktor utama biaya yang sangat berpengaruh dalam kemajuan atau keterlambatan sebuah proyek melalui beberapa analisa alternatif. Berdasarkan hasil survei lapangan, didapatkan dua alternatif, yaitu penambahan jam kerja selama 4 jam perhari dan penambahan sumber daya. Berdasarkan  hasil  penjadwalan, pelaksanaan konstruksi Embung Mare dengan  durasi 210 hari dengan biaya Rp. 34,890,000,000,-. Setelah dilakukan percepatan jadwal proyek, maka didapatkan hasil alternatif penambahan jam kerja dengan durasi 180 hari (biaya sebesar Rp. 35,378,000,000,-). Sedangkan menggunakan alternatif penambahan sumber daya dengan durasi 180 hari (biaya sebesar Rp. 34,517,000,000,-).

ABSTRACT: Embung Mare construction serves as water standard and drink water supply facilities needs in the Bone District. Therefore, the schedule of Embung Mare construction will not delay. To get optimal scheduling in terms of time efficiency, cost and resources, then Microsoft Project Manager 2016. With regard to this study influenced by time, quantity of energy resources as well as heavy equipment, material needs, and key cost factors that are highly influential in the progress or delays of a project through some alternative analysis. Based on the results of the field survey, two alternatives were made possible, namely the addition of working hours for 4 hours per day and the addition of resources. Depend on the scheduling result, the budget plan of Embung Mare construction is Rp. 34,890,000,000,- with duration of 210 days. After the acceleration of the project schedule using the addition of working hours, duration of project 180 days (total project cost is Rp.35,378,000,000,-) and the acceleration of the project schedule using the addition of resources, duration,of project 180 days ( total cost project is Rp. 34,517,000,000,-).
