STUDI PERENCANAAN PENJADWALAN KONSTRUKSI PLTM WARKAPIKABUPATEN MANOKWARI PROVINSI PAPUA BARAT DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MICROSOFT PROJECT MANAGER 2013

Abstract

Abstrak: Proyek PLTM warkapi yang berada di Sungai Warkapi di Desa Hanhouw, distrik Tanah Rubuh, Kabupaten Manokwari,  Provinsi  Papua Barat ini sangat bermanfaat dalam menopang kebutuhan kelistrikan di daerah tersebut, dalam perancanaan penjadwalan konstruksi PLTM Warkapi ini dilakukan perhitungan produktivitas alat berat, dilanjutkan dengan menentukan harga satuan pekerjaan yang akan menentukan alokasi sumber daya manusia yang terpakai, lalu dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya yang akan dianalisa dengan alternatif percepatan. Berdasarkan durasi normal proyek konstruksi PLTM Warkapi dengan menggunakan program Microsoft Project Manager 2013 menunjukan pengurangan durasi pekerjaan 3 bulan dari durasi 18 bulan0menjadi 15 bulan. Percepatan durasi proyek dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua alternatif, yaitu penambahan tenaga kerja dan penambahan produksi alat berat. biaya normal adalah Rp. 145,833,267,748 pada durasi 18 bulan. Sedangkan total biaya proyek dengan penambahan tenaga kerja adalah sebesar Rp. 144,021,798,544 pada durasi 15 bulan, dan biaya proyek dengan penambahan alat berat adalah Rp. 142,247,574,866 pada durasi 15 bulan. Penurunan biaya diakibatkan analisa koefisien harga satuan pekerjaan yang dilakukan, yang berpengaruh pada nilai satuan pada proyek ini. Dari hasil perhitungan dan penjadwalan pekerjaan yang dipercepat pada pelaksanaan konstruksi diketahui, semakin dipercepat durasi proyek maka SDM yang dibutuhkan semakin meningkat.

ABSTRACT:Warkapi Minihidro Plant Project located in Warkapi River in Hanghouw Village, Tanah Rubuh District, Manokwari Regency, West Papua Province is very useful in supporting electricity needs in the area, planning the construction of the Warkapi Minihidro Plant construction, the machine productivity  is calculated, followed by pricing work unit that determine the allocation of human resources used, then proceed with the calculation of the budget plan that will be analyzed with an alternative acceleration. Based on the normal duration of the PLTM construction project, Warkapi using the Microsoft Project Manager 2013 program shows a reduction in the duration of work for 3 months from the duration of 18 months to 15 months. The acceleration of the duration  project is carried out by two alternatives, The addition of labor and the addition of heavy equipment production. For normal fees is Rp. 145,833,267,748 for a duration of 18 months. While the total project cost with the addition of labor is Rp. 144,021,798,544 for a duration of 15 months, and the cost of the project with the addition of heavy equipment is Rp. 142,247,574,866. Decreasing costs is caused by an analysis of the unit price coefficient of work carried out, which affects the unit value of this project. The results of the calculation and scheduling of the accelerated work on the construction project it is known, the accelerated duration of the project, the number of Human Resources needed increases.
