STUDI PENJADWALAN PELAKSANAAN KONSTRUKSI BENDUNG PLTA SION KECAMATAN PARLILITAN KABUPATEN HUMBANG HASUNDUTAN PROVINSI SUMATERA UTARA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MICROSOFT PROJECT MANAGER 2016

Abstract

ABSTRAK : Pembangunan Bendung PLTA Sion merupakan suatu bangunan yang berfungsi untuk meninggikan tataran muka air di sungai Aek Simonggo, sehingga air sungai bias disadap untuk memutar turbin di powerhouse. Pelaksanaan konstruksi Bendung PLTA Sion merupakan salah satu proyek yang berskala menengah dan memiliki kompleksitas yang cukup tinggi, baik dari segi sumber daya yang digunakan maupun dari segi jenis pekerjaan. Selain itu pelaksanaan konstruksi Bendung PLTA Sion memiliki batasan waktu dan biaya dimana dalam pelaksanaannya tidak boleh melebihi waktu dan biaya yang telah ditentukan, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu  penjadwalan yang baik untuk mengatasi berbagai masalah yang mungkin terjadi. Untuk mendapatkan penjadwalan yang optimal dalam  hal efisiensi waktu, biaya dan sumber daya, maka digunakan program Microsoft Project Manager 2016 untuk dapat mengetahui kegiatan yang dapat dioptimalkan dalam suatu penjadwalan. Dalam melakukan percepatan digunakan penambahan jam kerja dan penambahan sumber daya alat berat. Berdasarkan hasil penjadwalan, pelaksanaan konstruksi Bendung PLTA Sion dengan durasi 654 hari didapatkan anggaran biaya sebesar Rp. 272.415.246.000,00. Setelah dilakukan percepatan jadwal proyek menggunakan alternatif penambahan jam kerja, didapatkan jadwal proyek dengan durasi 511 hari dan rencana anggaran biaya sebesar Rp. 275.231.147.000,00. Sedangkan percepatan jadwal proyek  menggunakan alternatif penambahan sumber daya alat berat dengan durasi yang sama diperoleh rencana anggaran biaya sebesar Rp. 272.583.413.000,00.

ABSTRACT : The construction of weir Sion the city of our water electric power station are men who are a building that serves the worldwide and seems erasing might be exalted and enriched including this porch or vestibule of the water in rivers aek simonggo , so that the water of a river bias being bugged to twist turbine in powerhouse .Of construction execution of of hydro powered plant plta weir Sion to mark out the is one of the projects be of a reasonable size medium enterprises and having the complexity of the which is quite high , both in terms of resources that short circuit electricity from the perspective of the type of jobs .In addition of construction execution of of hydro powered plant plta weir Sion to mark out the have this limitation the time and money spent where in it was not implemented be sold more than the time and cost the lord has allotted and , so that is required a scheduling is a good thing to overcome these various difficulties are likely to occur .To get scheduler considers achieved their intended objectives in terms of efficiency time , the cost and the source of its power , then used the program microsoft project manager of 2016 to can understand my insight into activities that can be optimized in a scheduling. In accelerated used the addition of working hours and the addition of resources heavy equipment.Based on the results of scheduling, construction execution weir plta Sion with duration 654 day obtained the budget for the rp.272.415.246.000,00.After conducted acceleration project schedule use alternative the addition of working hours, obtained project schedule with duration 511 days and the budget for the plan rp.275.231.147.000,00.While the acceleration project schedule use alternative the addition of resources heavy equipment with equal duration obtained plan the budget for the rp.272.583.413.000,00
